Bussmann FRN-R-50

Overview

The Bussmann FRN-R-50 is a Class RK5 dual-element time-delay fuse designed to provide reliable overload and short-circuit protection for industrial and commercial applications. With a 50 A current rating and 250 V AC / 125 V DC voltage ratings, this fuse is suitable for power distribution, motor circuits, and general-purpose electrical systems.

Thanks to its dual-element construction, the FRN-R-50 offers a 10-second response time at 500% overload, ensuring tolerance of temporary inrush currents from motors or transformers without nuisance tripping. Its 200 kAIC interrupt rating at 250 V AC guarantees strong fault-clearing capacity, while the ferrule end x ferrule end connection allows easy and secure installation.
